The service is exceptional with convenient car assistance. Dining is pleasant with a sunny breakfast room, and the location is unbeatable for lakeside relaxation.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean in a fairly run-down apartment complex across the road, the cold temperature in late October was a downside. The service was friendly and accommodating, offering parking assistance, but there were some issues with coordination. The location right on the lakeside with amazing views was a major highlight for water sports enthusiasts. The dining options were described as minimalistic but excellent overall. Facilities were satisfactory but could be improved.
The hotel is a charming place with a great view of Lago di Garda and a park nearby for kids to enjoy. The rooms, although cozy for kids with two comfy beds, had a very unpleasant drain smell that was quite bothersome. The service was superb, with the staff kindly assisting us with parking and being very responsive to our needs. The location, while perfect for its stunning view and proximity to the waterfront cafe, required a 15-minute walk to reach the historical center for dining. The dining experience was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty choices for all preferences. However, the dining at the smaller Appartment lacked fancy views. The facilities were up to standard, with room service, housekeeping, and pet amenities available.
